02 / Less phone. More done.

An agent for the errands.
A phone for the essentials.

Stay in touch.

Calls, texts and a unified SMS and WhatsApp inbox. Ask for a summary, then reply by voice or type when you’d rather not talk.

Get out the door.

Directions, camera, alarms, reminders and your Spotify account. The useful bits of a phone, without a feed waiting behind them.

Leave the busywork.

Ask Pale to find an answer, check a website or handle an errand. Follow its progress, step in when needed, and see a record of what happened.

The trade-off, on purpose

No app store, social feeds or browser to browse. No payments or banking. Keep those on your laptop. Pale is for people ready for a different kind of phone.

03 / You have the last word

It does the legwork.
You stay in charge.

An agent should earn your trust one task at a time.

Before it acts

Check, then send.

Review messages and bookings before they go out. Stop a task if you change your mind. Routine settings and alarms offer an undo.

After it acts

A result you can inspect.

See what Pale did and where it did it. If a task can’t be completed, it should tell you what’s missing rather than claim it’s done.

What it remembers

Memory you can read.

People, places and preferences in editable notes. Read them, change them, or ask Pale to forget something.

04 / The offer

One phone.
One subscription.

The essentials in your pocket. An agent to handle the rest.

The practical questions

Before you switch.

Is Pale ready to buy?

Pale is in development. Join early access and we’ll let you know when it’s available. Expected pricing is $499 plus $19 a month. No payment is taken, and shipping dates will be announced.

What can the agent actually do?

Pale is being built for messages, web errands, research, reminders and email triage. The interactive preview lets you explore the experience. Websites, account access and connectivity can limit what an agent can finish. It won’t handle banking or payments.

Why a whole phone instead of another app?

Pale is designed around the agent from the side button to the home screen. Calls, messages and essentials stay close; app stores and feeds stay out. It’s a deliberate trade-off for people who want to hand off more and scroll less.

What if I can’t talk, or I’m offline?

You can type instead of speaking. Agent tasks need an internet connection. Calls and SMS still depend on mobile service; the clock, camera and other local essentials don’t need the cloud agent.

What works with WhatsApp and Spotify?

The plan uses the official WhatsApp and Spotify apps underneath Pale’s interface. WhatsApp has limits: no message history from before setup, and new chats open in WhatsApp. Spotify uses your own account and subscription.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

The phone remains yours. Calls, texts, alarms and the camera keep working. The agent, its memory features and background tasks require the Pale subscription.

What hardware is it? Can I keep my number?

The planned base is a Google Pixel 9a running Pale OS on open-source Android, without Google apps or services. It has a 6.3-inch OLED screen, 128 GB storage and a 5,100 mAh battery. Use a compatible nano-SIM or eSIM; check support with your carrier. You don’t need a new number.

Where does my data go?

The design transcribes speech on the phone and sends text to cloud AI models for processing. Memory is intended to be readable and editable. Full product privacy, support and returns details will be published before taking orders.
